Our name “Tipples & Treats” was founded one evening sharing good food and wine with friends – what better way to describe our business…
Established eleven years ago “Tipples & Treats” has proved to be extremely successful in offering a “specialised” service to the corporate world. Family owned with many years extensive experience in the wine trade we are shipping directly from the vineyards, therefore, offering our customers the highest quality, freshness and value.
We pride ourselves that our food hampers contain select gourmet foods produced by traditional methods and packaged in traditional styles to provide the maximum appeal. We offer an excellent service in “tailor made” hampers to suit all budgets.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Prices: We aim to maintain prices for a year at a time - (April to April) - but in the event of an extraordinary increase in price due to exchange rate, duty rate or V.A.T. then regrettably we may have to pass this on without notice.
Duty & V.A.T: are charged at the current rate. Some goods contain items which are zero-rated for VAT: VAT on these items is charged on the due amount only.
Stocks: Whilst every attempt is made to deliver the goods exactly as described, we reserve the right, in the event of a vintage or item not being available, to supply products of equivalent value - or greater.
Title: Title in the goods supplied remains with Forest Gate Wines as long as any due payment is outstanding.
Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due with order or prior to delivery. Credit accounts are subject to the discretion of Forest Gate Wines and are dependant on the provision of satisfactory references. F.G.W. will provide an ‘Application for Credit’ form on request. Credit terms are that payment is due thirty days from date of invoice.
Delivery, Examination & Claims: Risk in the goods passes to the Purchaser upon Delivery. All goods should be examined for any obvious loss or damage at the time of arrival, and the necessary evidence retained. Any alleged defect must be notified to F.G.W. in writing, within 3 days of its delivery.
